n a new whitepaper, global professional services firm Deloitte reveal their own analysis of the opportunity for service delivery transformation through the use of robotic and intelligent automation.

Through discussions with customers, providers and technology vendors, the paper distills opinion on some of the key opportunities and considerations in deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation (IA) technologies to underpin business improvement programs.

As shown in the diagram below, one of the key benefits of RPA versus traditional process transformation approaches is the low disruption and rapid speed of execution which can be deliver.
